However, it wasn’t until 2015, during a trip with his wife Sherla Oliva to the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands, that he discovered his true calling: capturing the beauty of the world around him. Montgomery finds inspiration in capturing the vastness of landscapes, breathtaking aerial views, the raw authenticity of documentaries, and the rich tapestry of different cultures. His passion has led him to exhibit his work in prestigious exhibitions such as "Celebrating Our Cultures” at the Santa Monica College Art Gallery. His dedication has earned him recognition through collaborations with renowned brands like Four Seasons.
Looking to the future, he and his wife are embarking on an ambitious project: a 2024 expedition to 24 Caribbean islands. This journey will culminate in a captivating coffee table book, showcasing the essence of each island through his stunning photographs.
