The Cubanacan Hotel Group unveiled more than 50 measures included in the protocols of sanitary hygiene regulations provided for all its hotels, in order to preserve the health of clients and workers. The standards take into account the hygiene procedures endorsed by the Cuban ministries of Public Health and Tourism, and reinforce those that already exist to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Group says. The protocols, they say, have been designed by areas and cover processes that go from the arrival to the departure of customers and employees. For this, a training program is being developed that includes the instruction of managers and workers in the modes of action in all areas of the hotel, including administrative, merchandise reception, gastronomy, reception, catering, swimming pools and beaches, among other locations. Cubanacan has around 10,000 rooms in hotels located in the main tourist resorts throughout the Cuban archipelago, and maintains management contracts with companies such as Meliá, Blau, Iberostar, Blue Diamond and Be Live Hotels.
