Havana begins first phase of post-covid-19 recovery on Friday

Despite this, Marrero warned that Havana residents should enter this new stage with great responsibility and caution, strictly complying with the established sanitary measures, since Havana will continue to be the place where the greatest risks are concentrated. Referring to the rest of the provinces that went to the second phase, the Prime Minister pointed out that the behavior during the first phase of recovery in those territories was evaluated positively and health indicators reached the conditions for moving on to higher phases. Matanzas will go to the second phase next week. At the end of his words, Marrero warned of the need to maintain an individual and collective responsible behavior of the population, strictly complying with sanitary measures, since it will depend on whether progress in the recovery process can continue, minimizing the risks .
