The Cuban singer-songwriter Liuba Maria Hevia released this Friday on social networks a video with the Dominican vocalist Maridalia Hernandez in which they share the song Pasaba un angel.
The song written by Hevia is part of the album Vidas Paralelas (Parallel Lives), a double phonogram that she has described as endearing because she performs duets with very beloved artists, both Cuban and foreign, who are defenders of the authors song.
Among them, Marta Gomez, from Colombia; Georgina Hassan, from Argentina; Maria Tejada, from Ecuador; Luis Pastor, from Spain; the Dominicans Victor, Maridalia Hernandez, Pavel Nunez, Jose Antonio Rodriguez; and the Puerto Rican Danny Rivera.
Also participating are voices from Cuba such as Silvio Rodriguez, Pablo Milanes, Gema Corredera, Israel Rojas, Amaury Perez Vidal, Carlos Varela, Omara Portuondo, Beatriz Marquez, Luna Manzanares, Raul Torres and Ivette Cepeda.
With more than three decades of artistic career and at least a dozen albums for adults and children, Hevia won important awards and recognition, and took her music to various parts of the world.
