As part of the 22nd edition of MITM Americas (Meetings and Incentive Travel Market), which concludes tomorrow in Havana, Melia Hotels International Cuba presented its novelties for the segment of meetings, incentives, congresses and exhibitions (MICE), announced in a press release. With more than 70 multipurpose spaces and 11,800 square meters in the 10 destinations it operates, as well as alternative locations on beaches, swimming pools, gardens and terraces, the chain offers a wide range of products to guarantee the success of social and professional events, it said. This is complemented by the company's upcoming openings and novelties. Later this year, two large hotels will be opened with a special approach to events and incentives. The new Paradisus Los Cayos, the company's fourth Paradisus hotel in Cuba and the first of a new generation in the company, will open in December. Its comforts for the MICE segment will turn this hotel and Santa Maria Key into the new center of major events, according to the information disclosed. MITM Americas is the oldest international MICE fair in America and the Caribbean dedicated to professionals in tourism. These are direct contacts, known as B2B appointments, and with a high level of networking program.
