The renowned Cuban duo Gente de Zona gave a concert at the Hialeah Park, in the city of Miami, with which he finalized his first tour of American cities. During the tour, the binomial formed by Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom, they promoted their most recent album, Visualízate, which includes hits like La gozadera, Bailando, Traidora, and Más macarena. In addition they interpret the hits If you do not return and Ni tú, nor yo, this last single in collaboration with the American Jennifer Lopez. The tour included stops in 20 cities in the country, including Houston, San Francisco, New York, Washington, Chicago, Las Vegas and Orlando. Recently the interpreters told the local media their enthusiasm for the results of the tour, which they described as successful, and also for the scope that their music has every day. Gente de Zona was founded by Delgado in 2000, and fuses the urban genre with the more traditional forms of Cuban music. Since its creation, the duo has reached more than twenty international awards and has managed to position itself as one of the most important groups of the island of that sonority. In 2018 the duo will perform at the 59th International Song Festival of Viña del Mar, in Chile.
