Stuffed Pineapple Salad Makes 4 servings

Fruits are delicious and people enjoy them; they are refeshing and tasteful. Here we bring you a recipe we hope will please your palate.

Ingredients: 2 pineapples with tufts 1 cup cream cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 2 mango slices 2 ripe bananas 1 cup diced ham 1 tablespoon white sugar.

Directions : Clean, wash and chop the pineapples in two halves, lengthwise. Taking care not to damage the tufts, hollow out them with care. Chop the extracted fruit into small cubes.

Wash and chop the mango into small cubes. Clean and chop the bananas into thin wheels. In a bowl combine cubes of pineapple, mango and ham, as well as banana wheels. Mix.

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and add it to the fruit and ham, mixing all ingredients together. Stuff the pineapple shells and decorate to taste with cherries or any fruit you like.
