Ingredients:
400 grams of clean lobster
meat cut in chunks
Several bacon slices
Butter
Salt and pepper
Cheese sauce
[or sauce of your choice].
Preparation:
Wrap lobster chunks with bacon slices and grill in butter until the bacon is brown and the lobster is a uniform colour. Remove from flame and slice into rings.
Add salt and pepper and warm again on grill.nbsp; Serve on a plate with cheese sauce and garnish of vegetables to taste.
