Advances and challenges about health care system figure among the aims of the III International Convention Cuba-Health 2018 set for next April 23-27 and that will bring together in Havana to specialists all over the world, the organizers announced.
Under the slogan &áUniversal Health for the sustainable development&á, the meeting will also dial with subjects such as the universal and fair access to the services and the public policies.
Likewise, the challenges in the promotion, prevention, vigilance and control of diseases, the new primary health care’s renovation processes and the management of the disaster risk reduction are among the meeting’s topics of discussion.
As has become traditional at every Convention, will be in session at the same time the International Fair supported by the Ministry of Health, MediCuba SA (Importing and Exporting medical products) and OPS/OMS office and will be exhibit equipment, products and technologies to promote the commercial relationships.
According to Infomed’s website, the convention takes place every three years since 2012, with the aim to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences as well as the discussion about the future of public health care at global level.
