The Canadian hotel chain Blue Diamond Resorts is one of the main allies of tourism in Cuba, which is evident in the fact that it already operates 58 hotels on the island with a total of 12,972 rooms in the main destinations of the country.
This is also reaffirmed by the new concept that did not exist until now and that they have just launched for the first time in Cuba called Resonance Musique and Resonance Blu. The first one is intended to attract young customers who love music and fun and the second one to those who seek tranquility and relaxation.
Despite the economic difficulties that the country faces, the Commercial Director of the entity, Rafael Villanueva, expressed his optimism regarding the recovery of tourism during the high season that has just begun, as they are working to consolidate the hotel products they have.
The group's executives have just provided information in which they assure that all the hotels managed by Blue Diamond are operating normally, despite the difficult electrical energy situation that the country is going through, thanks to the installation of electric generators that guarantee the continuous supply of energy in all the facilities, ensuring both the electricity and the refrigeration necessary for the correct conservation of food.
They also pointed out that all the services necessary to guarantee the comfort and well-being of the clients are working without difficulties, which reaffirms the dedication and commitment of the group and all its workers to offer and guarantee an excellent service to those who decide to vacation in their facilities.
