Cuban group Buena Fe went to Canada to promote their latest album, Sobreviviente (Survivor).They'll performin Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver on May 5, 6 and 7. "To our friends, we will present the new album and many songs from our repertoire", said the leader and vocalist Israel Rojas in Facebook. He and co-founder Yoel Martínez sent a greeting to their followers and assured that they will continue 'making music for the good people.' Sobreviviente, composed of 13 songs, includes Latin American sounds and has several guests as the troubadour Silvio Rodriguez, singer Luna Manzanares and the group D'Corazón. All the songs of the new album are of the authorship of Rojas except for the 13th, shared with the singer-songwriters Frank Delgado and Vicente Alejandro Wheat.The National Prize of Plastic Arts 2004, Roberto Fabelo, designed the cover with its peculiar pictorial style.
