Camagüey, one of the patrimonial Cuban cities, will open its first five-star category hotel next March belonging to the Hotel Group Cubanacan, with 35 rooms of high-standards.
The new facility &Residencial Planta Real" is located at the new beach resort Santa Lucia, north of that province, and will have a service of excellence , with butler service.
In a press conference, the delegate of that hotel chain in the province, Julio del Toro, explained that at this moment they are working hard to complete final details, in order to inaugurate the hotel next March 4.
The Residential Planta Real is the first 5-star hotel of the province and its main clients will come from Canada and Russia, from this last country, through the tour operator Pegas Touristik.
Camagüey has at present 1,720 rooms, of which 1,035 are placed in Santa Lucia beach. The rest are located in the provincial capital, most of which belong to the Brand E of the Cubanacan Group.
