The 40th edition of the International Tourism Fair FITCUBA 2022 concluded with great success thanks to the hard work carried out by local authorities and all the professionals who promoted this result, highlighted the minister of the sector, Juan Carlos García Granda.
Speaking at the closing of this important meeting, held at the Royalton Hicacos hotel, García Granda offered recognition to all those people who made this result possible and emphasized: "on behalf of the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, thank you for your presence and your trust ".
Later on, it meant the great convocation that this fair had, which was attended by more than 6,028 professionals from 54 countries, 17 foreign hotel chains, 38 airlines and authorities from 5 international civil aviation organizations, 254 tour operators and travel, 98 suppliers, 116 representatives of non-state forms, 16 new tour operators from issuing markets such as France, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Bolivia and Chile, and 78 representatives of the press.
"We have had extensive coverage by national and foreign media, which represents high recognition, not only for the work of the participants, but for the fair in general, for the interest derived from Cuban tourism management," he emphasized. .
He finally announced that the 41st edition of FITCUBA will be held in the capital of all Cubans from May 2 to 5 of next year and that it will be dedicated to Cuban cultural heritage.
