Comercializadora de Servicios Médicos Cubanos, S.A. (CSMC S.A.), the Cuban Medical Services Marketing Company, will present its health tourism offerings at ExpoCaribe 2025, reinforcing the eastern region of the island as a strategic destination for the sector's development in the region.
According to information released on its website, CSMC S.A. will showcase a diverse range of medical and wellness services at the event, with a particular emphasis on therapies for addiction treatment and programs designed to enhance quality of life.
A key highlight will be the promotion of Eastern Cuban Wellness Tourism, which integrates specialized medical care with the enjoyment of the region's landscapes and cultural richness. This program, developed in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism, positions Cuba as an ideal destination for those seeking health, relaxation, and physical and emotional renewal.
As part of the program, Dr. Mercedes Marzán Delis, Director of the Santiago de Cuba branch of CSMC, S.A., will present the lecture "Cuba, a Health Tourism Destination" on Wednesday, June 25th at 9:00 a.m. in the Salón de los Vitrales (Hall of Stained Glass) at the Plaza de la Revolución in Santiago. The presentation is expected to be of great interest to fair participants interested in the topic.
Recognized as the second most important commercial exchange in the country, ExpoCaribe is solidifying its role as a key platform for showcasing the potential of the eastern region, while also representing a valuable opportunity to foster commercial alliances, promote specialized academic services, and attract foreign investment.
The event, which concludes on the 27th, features representatives from 35 countries, approximately 1,800 exhibitors from 300 companies, and officials from 235 state-owned and 51 private entities from across Cuba.
