Cuba Unica campaign was awarded at the Los Angeles festival

The Cuba Única (Unique Cuba) promotional campaign that presents the people of the island as the best ambassadors of this destination, won the Silver Award at the US International Awards this year in Los Angeles, California.

The video, made and filmed in Cuba, was produced for the island's Ministry of Tourism by the Spanish Communications Consultant Disset Consultors with the collaboration of Mallorca Video and Island Film Cuba and won the award in the category of Corporate Video/Tourism-Promotion Country. The information, released by the festival's official website (https://www.usinternationalawards.com/) adds that “Cuba has the privilege of having one of the most remembered and valued by tourists: the warmth of its people.

Very few destinations in the world have the capacity to leave such an indelible mark on their visitors. Cuba belongs to that select group, and that is the message we want to send to the public with the campaign: the people of Cuba are authentic, unrepeatable, and "unique." People who, due to their kindness and hospitality, you will not find in other parts of the world”.

The jury, made up of corporate and media specialists, film experts, and internationally renowned marketing and communication professionals, selected 108 category winners: 29 gold awards, 51 silver awards, and 28 finalists. Ten awards were also determined in Production Art & Craft, for the best photography, the best direction, and the best editing. These international awards, formerly known as the US International Film and Video Festival, have a history of more than 50 years. Now the competition is back with new categories, a new brand, and a new name.
