The Cuban delegation followed an intense agenda at thwe 51st International Berlin Tourism Fair in its 51st edition (ITB 2018), being held in its usual venue of Berlin.

This event is one of the most important carried out worldwide in the tourism sector and is attended by representatives of the main enterprises and Cuban entities linked to the German market, it added.
The agenda of the Caribbean state delegation, that participates in this fair until March 11, includes the celebration of a Cuban night in Hotel Park Inn, located in the central Alexander Platz square of Berlin.
Our Cuban Night coincides with the International Women’s Day, moment when the role of women attending the ITB was recognized as part of the delegation, dertails the Embassy.
The Cuba destination is present with a stand of 176 square meters, with a modern design that shows our national identity, accompanied by the good music and habano cigars which German and the rest of the world participants will be able to enjoy until March 11, according to a note of the Ministry of Tourism.
The German market in 2017 emitted to the Caribbean island 243 thousand 408 visitors, placing it in the fourth place as emitter to this destination, &becoming a market of utmost importance for Cuban tourism", it says.
