The emblematic Hotel Nacional de Cuba has just received the Award for Best Historic Hotel in Cuba in the XVI edition of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards, it was announced this Monday.
According to information published on the accommodation's Facebook site, for the executives and workers in general of the famous hotel, the award fills them with pride, while encouraging them to continue working for the quality and excellence of its services and customer satisfaction.
Considered an icon of Cuban hospitality, the facility has won important awards on countless occasions such as the World Travel Awards (WTA), considered the "Oscar" of tourism. The Luxury Lifestyle Awards are prestigious global awards that recognize and promote the best luxury properties and services around the world. Inaugurated on December 30, 1930, the Hotel Nacional de Cuba has been a National Monument since 1998, has been registered in the UNESCO Memory of the World Register since 2008 and is considered a symbol of Cuban hospitality.
