The hotel group Gaviota and the company Banyan Tree Hotels Resorts, of Singapore, are going to inaugurate next May a new facility in Santamaria Key intended to the adult segment with 252 rooms.
The opening will be carry out within the activities foreseen in the XXXVIII International Tourism Fair that will be held in May from 2nd to 6th 2018 and it will be dedicated in this occasion to the sun and beach tourism and to the United Kingdom as invited country.
This new hotel facility which will operate under the Angsana brand is the second one of that Asian company in the biggest island in the Antilles which has about 50 facilities in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Mexico.
According to the information from the Ministry of Tourism in Cuba, in the Island are present 20 international hotel chains which manage 43 252 rooms, 63,6 percent of the Cuba’s hotel total capacity, through 88 contracts.
