Iberostar will reopen its hotels from next November
The Iberostar hotel group will gradually open 16 of its 17 hotels from November 15, for which it has all conditions necessary, in line with the announcement of the reopening of the island's borders.
Alexeis Torres Velázquez, Marketing Director of the Cuban division of that chain, made the announcement at a press conference and added that the inauguration of a new five-star facility is expected, the Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Esmeralda, in Cayo Cruz, in the Jardines del Rey archipelago to the north of the province of Camagüey, for next December 22.
Later, he said that during the 18 months of closure, the hotels received maintenance and repair of their main facilities, which means they will offer a better quality product. In addition, he explained that in order to guarantee health security for customers, the How We Care program is implemented in the group's hotels, with more than 300 hygiene measures.
