With the presence of entrepreneurs, businessmen, and professionals from 14 countries, the 4th edition of HostelCuba 2023 was inaugurated this Tuesday, with an international meeting and exhibition that will take place until next Thursday at the Pabexpo fairgrounds.
At the opening, the First Deputy Minister of Tourism of Cuba, Adalberto Venero, highlighted the importance of the event, which will allow participants to learn about the business opportunities that Cuba offers within the sector, one of the fundamentals for the economic development of the country.
During the three days of the event, in which some 150 exhibitors, mostly foreigners, will be presenting the offers of services and products for hotels, restaurants and cafes. The meeting also provides for training workshops and conferences, business rounds, as well as an investment forum that will show the Portfolio of Opportunities for Foreign Investment in Cuba, which includes around 500 projects aimed at the development of tourism.
Participating countries include Mexico, Venezuela, the United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, among others. HostelCuba 2023 is organized by FIRA Barcelona of Spain and the Palco Business Group under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism.
