The popularity of LADC’s Summer Courses has extended beyond the borders of this island, with past editions attracting dance students from Canada, the United States, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Mexico, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and other countries.
Under the direction of the renowned teacher and choreographer Lizt Alfonso, this summer academic program offers participants of all ages valuable knowledge for stage practice, helping them develop their expressive tools and coordinate different dance vocabularies.
The 31st edition of the Summer Course will be held in two sessions: the first from July 14 to 26, and the second from July 28 to August 10.
According to a company statement, registrations can be started through LADC’s website. Next year, the company will celebrate its 35th anniversary, having performed on stages across five continents to widespread acclaim from audiences and critics alike.
The artistic organization emphasizes that these summer courses combine study with enjoyment, as this is the best formula for learning, without neglecting respect, discipline, and solidarity—essential values for nurturing talent and preparing future artists.
