The music festival called Un Puente Hacia la Habana (A Bridge Towards Havana) will take place from May 14 to 20 in the Cuban capital in its 7th edition and will be dedicated to Spain, according to its organizers.
The event will convoke several artists from Spain, among them female singer Maribel Martin and Chiki Lora, lead vocals of Spanish band Canteca de Macao, who will share the stage with Cuban artists.
This event promotes cultural exchange between Cuba and Spain and includes concerts in the Cuban capital and the provinces of Villa Clara, Matanzas, Cienfuegos and Artemisa.
The event is a project coming from the Spanish city of Zaragoza. Its members combine rumba, flamenco music, reggae, rock and roll and hip hop, and since its creation, has had stops in places to perform in countries such as Venezuela and Colombia.
