The International Group of Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, Havanatur SA, received this Friday the first flight of the 2025 spring season from the Varadero resort of the Russian company Rosneft through the Juan Gualberto Gómez International Airport.
A press release from the tour operator adds that 285 passengers arrived at the Blue Beach aboard a Nordwind-6101 aircraft, who will participate in corporate tourism programs in the area.
The vacationers were welcomed by authorities and officials from the Ministry of Tourism delegation of the province of Matanzas, along with Havanatur executives.
Varadero, the main sun and beach destination on the island, has become an ideal place to develop programs aimed at workers and their families, already consolidating more than eleven years of experience since the beginning of this type of operations with the Havanatur seal.
Two arrivals are planned for spring, each with more than 370 passengers, who will enjoy two-week stay programs designed with the concept of improved quality of life. For fall-winter 2025, four arrivals are planned, with an increase in passenger volume compared to previous years.
Those arriving under the "Live More" promise as part of the program enjoy outdoor physical activities, excursions to explore the Cuban tourist destination, and activities related to conservation and environmental care—pillars that emphasize health, well-being, and quality of life.
Havanatur, with vast experience in corporate tourism, has set out to further consolidate its efforts and expand this specialty to other markets and destinations in Cuba with favorable conditions for its promotion as a unique feature, based on corporate policies that seek to encourage their employees to foster pillars associated with improving health in pursuit of a higher quality of life.
