The 38th edition of the International Fair of Havana (FIHAV 2021) was suspended due to the difficult epidemiological situation that the world is experiencing due to COVID-19. Instead, the II Cuba Business Forum will be held virtually 2021 (FECuba2021).

The announcement, released by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment of Cuba (MINCEX), adds that Cuban and foreign companies, forms of non-state management, entrepreneurs and others interested in business and investment opportunities will participate in this meeting.

Last year FECuba was held for the first time virtually, for the same reasons, and was attended by 2,350 businessmen, including 1306 from abroad, of some 104 countries.

FIHAV is the largest and most important trade fair in Cuba and the Caribbean that has been held since 1983. In the beginning, it was held at the Convention Palace in Havana and, due to the growing participation of national and foreign business, it moved to the EXPOCUBA campus since 1989.
