The popular animated character Tito Reacciona (Tito Reacts) already has its female counterpart in Celia, a little girl about 11 years old, brunette and green-eyed who addresses different topics such as gender equality, care for the environment, girls' rights and puberty issues. In the opinion of Daniel Martín, also the creator of Tito Reacciona, Celia is a girl with great sympathy and her name was chosen because in history there have been several women with that name who have marked culture, humanism and their only mention is a symbol of empathy, especially for Cubans. The new character will be "Celia Tells You" and arises, like Tito Reacts, from the universe of the Latin Institute of Music (ILM) and should be ready for next year. Starring Cuban actress Lezvy Samper, the animation of the new character is in charge of Luis Ernesto González, with a script by Ernesto Tamayo and the special participation of Maikel Chávez. Celia's creative process will be supervised by talented Cuban artist Edesio Alejandro. For Martin, president of the ILM, Celia te Cuenta (Celia Tells You) will be a didactic character who will offer the region a vision of Cuban identity from the female and child’s point of view.
