Mambo Club

As a first-class Caribbean destination, the Varadero beach resort, principal sun and sand destination for tourists in Cuba, offers visitors varied evening diversions with the Mambo dance club one of the most irresistible.

Mambo Club

Located at the far end of the peninsula adjacent to the Amigo Club Resort, the dance and disco spot is a must if you want to move your body to the contagious beat of Cuban music, especially to the fabulous traditional Cuban sounds of the 40s and 50s.

While dance partners Toña and Daniel teach you the basic steps of these island rhythms (and others played by the jazz orchestra), famous musicians smile down at your from the walls, including images of Antonio Arcaño, Arsenio Rodríguez - a.k.a. The Marvellous Blind Man - and, of course, Rey Dámaso Pérez Prado, who brought mambo to the summit of popularity.

The band takes a break on Friday nights, when the show heats up with the &Fire Owners", a fire juggling and dance act by the Julién Siblings, a trio of two women and a man, who put on an incredible display of dancing while literally playing with fire.

As a complement to the show, the staff's customized attention will help you choose from among the most varied offers of Cuban and international cocktails.

If you holiday in Varadero, by day you can enjoy the warmth of its white sandy beaches and blue waters (for which Varadero was named La Playa Azul) and dance the night away at the Mambo Club.
