The proven quality of the services provided to their clients by the hotels operated in Cuba by Blue Diamond Resorts is evidenced by the “Best of the Best of Travellers' Choice 2023” award given to the Royalton Cayo Santa María, Mystique Casa Perla by Royalton ( Varadero) and Memories Jibacoa (Mayabeque).

A press release from the group also adds that another 9 hotels in the region have also been recognized at the Travellers' Awards. Choice 2023 for its brands Royalton Luxury Resorts, Memories Resorts & Spa, Grand Memories and Starfish Resorts. The Royalton Cayo Santa María was recognized as the number one all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean, occupying the 19th position among the best of its kind worldwide and was also ranked second among the best hotels in the Caribbean and sixth among luxury resorts in the subregion.

For its part, Mystique Casa Perla by Royalton proudly ranks sixth among the "Hottest New Hotels in the World"; and finally Memories Jibacoa has been recognized with the 19th position among the best all-inclusive resorts in the region. The information adds that another 9 accommodations in the largest of the Antilles operated by the prestigious Canadian chain ranked among the top 10% of establishments on TripAdvisor and were awarded the Travellers' Choice 2023: Royalton Habana, Grand Memories Santa María, Memories Miramar Habana, Memories Flamenco, Starfish Cuatro Palmas. Starfish Cayo Santa Maria, Starfish Cayo Guillermo, Starfish Varadero and Starfish Las Palmas.

The “Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best” award is given by TripAdvisor to hotels that have received an exceptional number of outstanding customer reviews and opinions over a period of  12 months. Each winner has undergone rigorous evaluation to meet strict standards of trust and safety. Less than 1% of TripAdvisor's 8 million profiles receive this recognition, signifying the highest level of hospitality excellence.
